KATHMANDU, Nov 3: The ICC Twenty-20 Cricket World Cup qualifier semi-final matches are scheduled for today. In Group A, Nepal and Oman have successfully advanced to the semi-finals, while in Group B, UAE and Bahrain have also secured their spots in the semi-finals.

Today, Nepal will face off against UAE in a crucial match to determine the first finalist. The game will kick off at 11 AM at the Mulpani Cricket Ground. Nepal is eager to secure a spot in the T20 World Cup, and the home team is determined to claim victory. UAE is equally motivated to secure their own T20 World Cup journey.

The second semi-final match today will feature Bahrain and Oman, battling for the opportunity to reach the final. This encounter is set to take place at 11 AM at the Tribhuwan University Cricket Ground in Kirtipur.

The two victorious teams in the semi-finals will earn the privilege of competing in the Twenty20 World Cup next year in America and the West Indies.

Meanwhile, the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has urged cricket enthusiasts to enjoy the thrilling semi-final match between Nepal and UAE from the comfort of their homes. In an effort to maintain public safety, CAN will not be selling tickets at the event.

Passes and VIP tickets will also not be available for purchase, and the previously announced VIP ticket price of Rs 10,000 has been rescinded. Additionally, arrangements for fans to meet and greet with cricket stars, including Paras Khadka and others, have been canceled. It is recommended that fans catch all the action on television as an alternative to attending the match in person.
