ILAM, Dec 3: Preparations are underway to send election materials to designated voting centers in Ilam for the election on December 7. “We are extremely busy to transport election materials,” Prem Kumar Kafle, district election officer said adding that by tomorrow (Monday), all voting centers would have the election materials.
