Senior leader of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Vijay Jolly is no stranger to Nepal. His extensive ties with Nepali political leaders of all persuasions frequently bring him to Nepal. He was recently in Kathmandu to take part in the general convention of Nepal Family Party. From real estate to ‘Milkmandu’

A Canadian involved in a real estate business from Vancouver, British Columbia, Matt Dawes wanted a change in lifestyle about four years ago. He then got an opportunity to work with an orphanage, Mercy Mission, run by his friends in Kathmandu, which led him to the Himalayan nation.

Political analyst and Professor of Political Science Krishna Khanal argues that timely elections of local bodies, provincial assemblies and federal parliament is the only solution to the current political and constitutional logjam. He, however, maintains that agitating Madheshi forces must be taken into confidence first.
