Govt mandates implementation of E-procurement system in all agencies

KATHMANDU, Aug 16: The government has introduced mandatory implementation of the electronic procurement (E-procurement) system to create an environment where the public procurement process is more transparent, competitive and not monopolized by limited bidders.
