KATHMANDU, March 13: The price of gold has increased by Rs 600 per tola in the domestic market today.

KATHMANDU, March 12: A significant improvement has been noticed in the country's foreign currency reserves in the first seven months of the current fiscal year.

KATHMANDU,  March 12: Both export and import have decreased in the first seven months of the current fiscal year 2022/23. This is stated in the Current Macroeconomic and Financial Situation, based on seven months' data ending mid-February, released by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) today.

Remittance inflow increases 27.1 percent in six months

KATHMANDU, March 12: The country has witnessed the inflow of remittance worth over Rs 689 billion in the first seven months of the current fiscal year 2022/23. The remittance inflow is a 27.1 percent increment as compared to the previous fiscal year, according to the details of seven months of the current FY made public here today by the Nepal Rastra Bank.
