Government spends 24 percent budget in five months

Kathmandu, Dec 17: The government’s budget expenditure in the first five months of the current fiscal year stands at 24.26 percent of Rs 1,793 billion allocated for FY 2022/23. A report published by the Financial Comptroller General Office (FCGO) shows that the government’s capital expenditure is weak while the current expenses are comparatively high.

NAC flights resume after agreement with cabin crews

KATHMANDU, Dec 16: After the agreement with the cabin crews (flight attendants), Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) flights have resumed. The agitation of the cabin crews ended after an agreement was reached between the cabin crews and the NAC management. The cabin crews had halted their service demanding the continuation of their services.
