KATHMANDU, July 22: The Parliament has disapproved the fiscal budget of 2073/074 BS. Three bills - Financial Bill, National Debt Recovery Bill and Debt and Guarantee Bill have been disapproved after the CPN (Maoist Center) stood against the government.
