KATHMANDU, Nov 3: The Election Commission (EC) has issued seven-point directives to the government at all three levels to help conduct the election to the members of the House of Representatives and the Provincial Assembly on November 20 in a healthy, free, fair, reliable, fearless and efficient manner.

KATHMANDU, Nov 3: Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Dinesh Kumar Thapaliya has urged the parties and candidates to safeguard the sanctity of election and comply with the election code of conduct as the election campaign enters the second phase beginning today.
