KATHMANDU, Nov 2: The Election Commission (EC) has sought clarifications from Yogesh Bhattarai, the UML candidate for the House of Representatives from Taplejung, and Bina Magar, the Maoist Center candidate for the House of Representatives from Kanchanpur constituency no. 1, for taking more than 25 people with them for a door-to-door program.
