KATHMANDU, March 19: Chairman of the ruling CPN-UML, KP Sharma Oli has said that a parliamentary probe committee cannot be formed to investigate the involvement of Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane in the misappropriation of cooperative deposits.
