Angels’ Heart, HHCA win

KATHMANDU, Dec 6: Host Angels’ Heart and HHCA registered wins in girls’ basketball on Monday in the Sixth Angels’ Heart Sports Festival held in the capital. 

Angels’ Heart overcame Vidya Kunja 10-6 riding on four points each from Manisha Gurung and Riya Pun. 

Similarly, Anita Sunuwar scored eight points for HHCA as it overcame St Xavier 27-19. 

In the match played at the host’s court in Manamaiju, HHCA also recorded win in senior boys’ section defeating Kathmandu Vidya Kunja 39-28. 

The other matches saw, TIA and SEB record wins in the same category. 

In football event played under the festival, Reed Model School edged past Srijana Gyan Sagar 2-0 and Manjari beat Times School 3-0
