3. Tourists and locals participate in Paddy Plantation Festival organized by the Pokhara          Tourism Council on Wednesday to mark Asar 15, a day celebrated as National Paddy Day    across the nation. 


4. Farmers planting paddy in Doti district. Though the season is coming to an end in other        parts of the nation, Regional Agricultural Directorate, Dipayal said that only 44 percent of      paddy has been planted in the Far Western Region.
