Upper Piluwa Hydropower within 2 years

SANKHUWASABHA, June 30: The 4.7 MW Upper Piluwa Rivulet Hydropower Project of Sankhuwasabha district is to be constructed within two years.

Nepal Bangladesh Bank has invested for the construction of the hydropower. Project manager Menchheyam Hydropower Company and Nepal Bangladesh Bank signed the Memorandum of Understanding for this.

An estimated cost of Rs 850 million is to be invested for the construction of the hydropower. RSS
