Singer lama back with second album

KATHMANDU, Jan 24:  Singer Saraswati Lama is back with her second album ‘Urbasi’. 

Lama said she brought a new album after the success of her first album ‘Uttar-Purba’. The album consists of five songs of folk pop, modern pop and rock genres.  

Musicians Shantiram Rai, Basanta Sapkota and Hari Lamshal Spandan Rai among have composed the songs in the album.

“I am active in Nepali music industry since a decade,” she said, “I unveiled the second album after audiences loved the first album.”

Lama, who calls herself a rock star, said “I have interest in rock music. Thus, I didn’t have to struggle much”.
