PAMPLONA, (Spain), July 10: Medical officials in Spain say there have been three head injuries but no gorings on the fourth day of the running of the bulls at Pamplona's San Fermin festival.

Red Cross spokesman Jose Aldaba says at least one man had been taken to a nearby hospital because of head trauma, after being flipped over by a charging bull.

Slips and falls were frequent from the start by bulls and runners, and some participants were stampeded by the 1,300-pound animals on the way to the bullring. But none were gored, according to a Pamplona hospital, which confirmed two more injured with head trauma.

The Bull Run was completed at a standard pace of 2 ½ minutes.
