KATHMANDU, May 15: Nepali Congress has taken lead in Kageshwari Manohara, Tokha, Tarakeshwar and Budhanilakantha municipalities of Kathmandu district while CPN-UML has taken lead in Kirtipur, Dakshinkali and Shankarapur municipalities.

CPN (Maoist Center) has taken lead in Chandragiri municipality of Kathmandu.
