The hands that feed (photo feature)

KATHMANDU: As the famous adage goes: you can’t climb the ladder of success with your hands in your pockets. Calloused hands define skill, determination and hard-work.

Following are snaps of a few hands at work, which evidently are invested in giving back, both directly and indirectly, to the society. From a student to a police woman, a janitor to a carpenter, it is these hands that construct our society.
