KATHMANDU: Rox restaurant at Hyatt Regency, Boudha is hosting its ‘Homemade Pasta’ promotion event from Wednesday to Friday (June 30).
Offering a lavish dining experience for diners, the menu features fresh and quality ingredients to showcase and accentuate the essence of true Italian flavors.
The menu includes a variety of authentic delicacies like homemade ravioli filled with artichokes, ricotta cheese and mint, farm pecorino, truffle pappardelle with porcini mushroom, sea scallops and green peas, pork Bacon tagliatelle with creamy saffron sauce and many more.
