KATHMANDU, July 26: Nepal Life Insurance Company (NLIC) has opened a new branch office at Gauradaha of Jhapa. Issuing a statement, the company said that Shriman Karki, officiating executive director of Beema Samiti, inaugurated the branch office amid a function on Tuesday.

Speaking on the occasion, NLIC CEO Vivak Jha said that he was hopeful that the newly-opened branch office will help the local people to get easy access to insurance service. "The company is also planning to organize awareness program in different parts of the country to make people know about the importance and benefits of getting insured.

The company is always committed to expansion and development of insurance sector across the country," he said in the program, according to the statement.
