KATHMANDU, July 24: Despite being elected by the Parliament as the Prime Minister of Nepal by a huge majority, KP Sharma Oli, now also sees a huge majority filing a no confidence motion against him. The two parties Nepali Congress and CPN (Maoist Centre) registered the no-trust motion against the Prime Minister on July 13.

After two key ruling alliance partners, Madhesi People's Rights Forum-Democratic and Rastriya Prajatantra Party also decided to vote in support of the proposal, the support for the no-confidence vote in parliament has increased dramatically.

Given the present equation in parliament, about 370 votes are expected to be cast in favor of the motion.

The proposal will be tabled for decision in today's meeting of the Parliament after Prime Minister responds to the questions that come up in course of the discussions following conclusion of the discussions on it in the first meeting.

19 parties of the parliament have already confirmed to the NC and CPN (Maoist Center)  that they will be voting in favor of the no confidence motion.
