Wipro CEO Anil Chugh to visit Nepal

KATHMANDU, Sept 20: Anil Chugh, chief executive of Wipro Consumer Care Business is going to visit Nepal for the first time. According to a statement issued on Tuesday by the Wipro Consumer Care, the major objective of Chugh's visit was an expansion of Wipro's business in Nepal.

As the statement stated, Chugh will be meeting with the company's trade partners during his Nepal stay.

While in Kathmandu, he will also look into opportunities of Wipro's future expansion in this market. Wipro Consumer Care is a global brand with its market spread over more than 50 countries in Asia and the Middle East.

It has more than 30 brands that is sold across the globe. Santoor, Glucovita, Enhanteur, Yardley, Romano, and Safe Wash are some of the popular Wipro brands available in the Nepali market at the moment.

As the statement stated, the Wipro Company has made ten acquisitions since 2003 across the personal care and lighting space in India and overseas markets.
