8 injured, 3 critically, in Jajarkot tractor accident

JAJARKOT, Nov 2: Eight people sustained injuries in a tractor accident at Kudu of Bheri Rural Municipality-12. The tractor fell some 100 meters into the Lodekhola while giving a pass to a vehicle coming from the opposite direction. According to police, the tractor, with the registration number Bhe 1 Ta 1949, was heading to Ferabazaar from Kudu when the accident occurred.

The injured are tractor driver Lokendra Nepali, 20, of Bheri Municipality-13, Him Bahadur Nepali, 11, of Bheri Municipality-10, Daulath Rokaya of Bheri Municipality-13, Hari Bahadur Rokaya, among others, DSP Bhabesh Rimal.

Five among those injured are receiving treatment at Chaurjhari Rukum while critically injured Dal Bahaur BK, Nankala BK and Niraj Basnet have been referred to Nepalgunj after their treatment was impossible at Chaurjhari.
