KATHMANDU, Nov 24: Ncell Pvt Ltd has organized ‘Digital Jam’ day, involving all its employees to explore and scale up their digital talents.
Issuing a statement, Ncell said that the event was organized with an aim to make its staff more agile and more relevant in serving the customers and enhancing customer experience. Digital Jam was a day-long online and offline learning event held on Thursday targeted in developing a digital mindset, experimenting with new ways of working and running projects focusing on agility, data and the needs of customers, according to the statement.
“All Ncell employees participated in a range of activities, experimented with and made solutions with digital tools, including development of chatbots and mobile apps, practices and language around digital,” read the statement. “As we embark on a journey of ‘Digital Nepal’, we need to create a common language around digital to engage with and serve our customers in more meaningful way,” the statement quoted Suren J Amarasekera, Managing Director of Ncell, as saying.
