KATHMANDU, Dec 7: Bibeksheel Sajha party's Coordinator Rabindra Mishra cast his vote in RatnaJyoti Mahila Pariwar Bhawan polling center of Bhainsepati Lalitpur.

Mishra is unable to vote for his own candidacies as he is contesting from Kathmandu-1.
