Stranger at Night

Stranger at Night

In the dark cold night
Under dim moonlight
He fell in love
With a beautiful sight
She was one among many
A special one, not just any
Her voice, her smile
Drops of love made it rainy
He closed his eyes
Made a long sigh
With her in his arms
Imagination flew high

Her every chants, every words
His heart cuts into pieces with swords
Gestures of hands
Paved journey to soul roads
Who was she, what was her name
An ordinary one or with fame
Now two moon in the sky
Nothing remained same
A stranger that night
The stranger for life
Memories occupy space
Imprinted images till he die
