CSK move to the top of IPL points table after match 24

April 26: Chennai Super Kings (CSK) moved to the top of the Indian Premier League (IPL) points table after defeating Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in match 24 on Wednesday. With their fifth win of the campaign, Chennai have 10 points similar to Kings XI Punjab but are ahead thanks to a superior net run rate.

After their fourth loss of the campaign RCB remain sixth on the table with just four points from six games this season.

After Match 24 (RCB vs CSK), Ambati Rayudu is the leading run scorer (orange cap holder) of IPL 2018, having scored 282 runs in six innings at an average of 56.40 and a strike rate of 159.32

Purple Cap Holder:

Mayank Markande (MI) remains the leading wicket-taker (purple cap holder), having taken 10 wickets in six matches at an average of 14.30 and economy of 7.15.
