Cabinet meeting decides to propose second FP session

KATHMANDU, April 27: The cabinet meeting today has decided to recommend to President to call a second session of the Federal Parliament on May 6. 

The budget session of the House of Representatives and National Assembly will begin once President calls the second FP session. 

The meeting that took place at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers in Singha Durbar also decided to declare the newly-inaugurated Birgunj-based Integrated Check Post (ICP) a custom zone, and publish it in Nepal Gazette, said Minister of State for Information and Communication Technology Gokul Prasad Baskota. 

The decision was also taken to give permission in principle to the Minister of Home Affairs to device a Bill related to inland peace and order. Likewise, the meeting also took a decision to appoint joint attorney of the judicial service Rama Devi Parajuli as a member of Foreign Employment Tribunal.
