Landslide prevents vehicular movement

TAPLEJUNG, Sept 12: The Paancthar – Taplejung road stretch along the Mechi highway has been obstructed after overnight torrential rainfall triggered a landslide here.

The landslide struck the Lyangwa and Bahanande area of the road stretch. An earlier landslide which struck on September 2 at the same locality was cleared after seven days' work. RSS
