JANAKPURDHAM, June 24: The Janakpur sub-metropolis has been waterlogged due to incessant rain that took place since this morning. 

Almost all of the areas of the historical place Janakpur witnessed inundation when there was no proper outlet of water after the downpour. 

The downpour has turned Bhanuchowk, Kadamchowk, Mills Area, Bidhyapati Chowk and Biswokarma Chowk of Janakpur to the waterlogged area. 

The movement of the people has been obstructed after almost all roads here are waterlogged.

The heavy rain has submerged the offices of transportation, RSS and forest whereas the road of the District Administration Office is also covered with water. RSS
