This shiny leg optical illusion is driving the internet crazy

Oh Internet, why do you do this to us every few months? Just when the world got over 'the dress', a new illusion seems to have consumed social media.

Twitter user Kayden Stephenson shared a picture which shows someone's legs looking all shiny and oily. Around it you can also see some stationery. But something is not quite right with the picture. Can you guess what it is?

Yes, the question that's left the Internet divided is if the legs are shiny or just have white streaks painted on them.

Since being tweeted on Wednesday, the image has over 16,000 retweets and more than 21,000 'likes'. Mostly, it has left tweeple arguing over what's really going on in there.
