KATHMANDU, Nov 21: Rosebud School is set to organize Rosebud Valley-wide Inter-school Basketball Tournament from November 22 to December 1 in Kathmandu. The first edition of the tournament will see 20 teams participating in boys' and girls' events. 

Organizing a press conference in the capital on Monday, Beni Bahadur Karki, the tournament coordinator informed that the tournament will be held in league-cum-knockout format and will feature 12 teams in boys' section and eight in girls' section. The participating teams will consist students of grades 11 and 12. 

The boys' teams are divided into four group and the girls' teams in two groups.  

The top two finishers in boys' category after the group stage will make it to the quarterfinals and the top two finishers of girls' category will secure semifinal berths. 

All the matches of the competition will be held at Rosebud's court in Buddhanagar.
