Addiction to socialize

Addiction to socialize

Communication has become easy with time; messages go from one country to another with a click, information can be read online and billions of people get connected every day. It is amazing how different questions are answered in no time and how internet has become an inevitable part of our life.

There are numerous applications with messaging facilities, and each one of them has similar services. But, there are a few that have managed to impose necessity. Many people use Whatsapp and Viber on their phones and their life would be completely different if these applications were to be deleted.

With additional services like a double tick to show that the receiver has read your message and when the user was last seen online keep people hooked to these apps. Since Viber has an option of sending doodles, location, updating and downloading cool stickers on desktop for free, its usage is high, creating a bigger market for the app. Attracting and capturing the consumer market with interesting and new designs as well as uninterrupted facilities have been the key of every new application.

There are also other applications like hike and line, which are not that popular. Applications work when they are convenient for the users. For example, Skype has been in existence since a long time, and is still being used because of its updated services to keep up with new apps. Since the contact numbers get automatically synced with the other applications, it is easier for the users to create a contact list.

The rise and increasing usage of these apps has definitely broght down the cost of messaging.
As it is said that too much of anything is not good, there are times when all of us wish that there could be a face-to-face communication and that the message and information delivery were not this quick and fast.
