Former justice of Supreme Court Bal Ram KC has said that one constitution should not be replaced by another one quite often.  Speaking with myrepublica, marking the constitution day, former justice KC has said that Nepal has spent its most of the time in making the constitution and claimed that Nepal has already practiced seven constitutions in just 70 years time.

He asserted that with the amendment in the constitution can address the demand of the disgruntled group and denied the fact that the country needs a new constitution to address every change in the country.
