KATHMANDU, Jan 29: A big fire broke out at Kuleshwor chowk in the capital at around 9 pm on Sunday. The fire which broke out from a hotel in front of the Nabil Bank branch at the Kuleshwor chowk spread to two houses and nearly two dozen shops.
We are hopeful that the conference will be instrumental in crime controlling and a forum for dwelling on crimes and difficulties faced in the course of tackling them.
