In Pictures: Kathmandu receives winter rainfall

KATHMANDU, March 20: There has been light rain in the hilly areas of the country including the Kathmandu Valley.

The Meteorological Forecast Division (MFD) under the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has forecast rainfall in various parts of Nepal starting today.

Currently, Nepal is experiencing the influence of a westerly low-pressure system combined with local winds.
