Judicial Council recommends SC Chief Registrar and Registrar as High Court judges

KATHMANDU, Dec 24: The Judicial Council has recommended Supreme Court Chief Registrar Lal Bahadur Kunwar and Registrar Nirmala Paudel as high court judges.

The Council meeting held on Sunday recommended the names of only two judges for the high courts.

According to the Secretariat of the Judicial Council, Kunwar has been recommended for the Patan High Court and Paudel for the Pokhara High Court.

Judge Chandra Bahadur Saru of Butwal Bench of Tulsipur High Court has been transferred to Nepalgunj Bench of Tulsipur High Court by Sunday's Judicial Council meeting.
