Those two newest inductees of the filmmakers will receive cash worth Rs 150,000 each for the production of the documentary. The grant was awarded for the excellent concepts in a socio-cultural aspect.

Giri, one of the winners, said it was an extremely happy moment to be granted. “I had this story two years back. I didn’t start back then because of the unavailability of the exemplary crews.” Giri added he will start the production in some time around Tihar.

The Toni Hagen Foundation has been set up in honor of the Swiss geologist and development philosopher, Tony Hagen. The Foundation supports publication, production of content and activities of young Nepalis.
