Koshi Province Assembly meeting called for 1PM today

BIRATNAGAR, Aug 18: The provincial assembly meeting of Koshi Province has been called for 1PM today.

At the beginning of today's meeting, the agenda is to inform about the resignation of the outgoing Speaker Baburam Gautam and to read the letter regarding the formation of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers and the expansion of the Provincial Council of Ministers. From today, there are preparations to discuss the budget ordinance for 2080/81 BS.

The meeting, which was postponed on June 30, is being convened today. Since Speaker Baburam Gautam has resigned, Deputy Speaker Srijana Danuwar will conduct the meeting.
