KATHMANDU, Oct 31: UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres, who is on four-day visit to Nepal, is addressing a joint meeting of the Federal Parliament today.
Secretary General Guterres is expected to speak on issues related to climate change, peace process and contemporary situation in Nepal and beyond in his address to the federal parliament.
