LAHAN, Nov 12: CPN-UML General Secretary Ishwar Pokharel has said that the UML was not in favour of amending the constitution without any specific agenda for it. 

Speaking at a press meet held at Choharwa of Siraha today, he made it clear that his party would not support the constitution amendment process until the rationale behind it was made clear. 

Stating that the government was not yet sure about the constitution amendment process, he said a formal proposal for it was yet to arrive. RSS
