The Balloon Vendor

Despite the pandemic outbreak,

Here comes,

 the man with balloon stick

He comes out of his den

To make children happy

 Whose life is so mundane

 

He stands at a corner

Of Patan Durbar Square

All day long

Selling his balloons

Carrying bunch of Colorful balloons,

He dreams of flying high

As high-class passer-by ploy

 

Could he fly

Feeling helium in his body?

Like the balloon does

that he sells!

 

With the split hairs on

The balloon vendor run

A faint smile on his own exploration

Because he is barking

Up the wrong tree,

Though he isn't free

From the burden of life

Still he tries to break his leg,

Rain has just washed the square

And,

Here's the balloon vendor

wandering about his fantasy wonder!!
