Two killed in Bara road accident

BARA, Feb 21: Two people died in a road accident that took place this morning in Aadhabhar located in Jitpur Simara Sub-metropolitan City-21.

According to the Highway Safety and Traffic Management Office, Pathalaiya, a truck (Na 6 Kha 3352) going from Simara to Hetauda and a Bolero pickup (Bagmati Province 01-026 Cha 1334) coming from the opposite direction collided.

The identity of the driver of the Bolero pickup who died in the accident has not been revealed, while the passenger who died was identified as Chandan Chauhan, a resident of Kundanpur, Motihari district, Bihar, India.

Three others were injured in the accident. The condition of one of the injured is critical, according to the police. Police said that the injured are being treated at LS Neuro Hospital in Parwanipur.
