KATHMANDU, April 7: Ireland Wolves have given Nepal a target of 285 runs to win the third and final one-day match today on Sunday.

Ireland Wolves scored 284 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in the allotted 50 overs. Ireland Wolves won the toss and elected to bat first at the TU Cricket Ground.

Ireland Wolves opener Stephen Thomas Doheny showcased a superb performance in Sunday's final match. He hit a century. He scored 107 runs off 129 balls with the help of 8 fours and 2 sixes. He was caught out by Arjun Saud on the ball of  Rijan Dhakal.

In the first innings of the match, Nepal 'A' bowlers Ranjit Kumar and Rijan Dhakal took 3 wickets each, Bikash Agri and Shahab Alam took 1 wicket each. Ranjit Kumar gave 51 runs in 10 overs with 1 maiden while Rijan Dhakal gave 75 runs in 10 overs.

Similarly, Ireland's batsman Gi Hume managed to score only 14 runs off 10 balls. James Alexander McCollum scored 9 runs off 14 balls. Neil Rock scored 1 run off 6 balls. Peter Moor scored 44 off 25 balls. Cade Carmichael scored 8 runs off 13 balls. Similarly, Fionn Phillip Hand was caught out after scoring 20 runs off 21 balls. Morgan Topping scored 21 off 36 balls.

Matthew James Humphreys scored 23 off 34 balls and Benjamin Charlie White scored 19 off 12 balls. Nepal 'A', having faced defeats in both the opening matches of the three one-day series, is under pressure to prevent a clean sweep of the series.

Nepal 'A' is on the brink of a total sweep in the tournament unless they secure a victory in today’s match.
