SARLAHI, Aug 10: Leader of the CPN-UML, KP Sharma Oli, has blamed that it was only another conspiracy of the UCPN (Maoist) of planning to form a front of federalists in order to capture state power.

At a press meet oragnized by the Youth Association Nepal on Friday, leader Oli claimed that it was the latest face of conspiracies being hatched by the UCPN (Maoist) with an objectives of capturing state power.

He said that the UCPN (Maoist) had now picked up a new slogan thinking that if they could capture the state power by entrapping the country into the mire of ethnicity.

Oli said that the new constitution was not promulgated due to the sole objective of the Maoist of capturing state power, and added that there was a need of ethnic equality, social justice and access to opportunity, and that the CPN-UML only could do it.
