KATHMANDU, Aug 23: A standing committee meeting of CPN-UML on Thursday decided to postpone the national convention of the party´s student wing All Nepal National Free Student Union scheduled to start on Saturday.
The convention was scheduled to discuss mainly on the Union´s statute. This is the second time the Union´s Convention on Statute was postponed.
Leaders said they decided to put off the event with a plan to convene it only after resolving various disputes and controversies within the student organization.
