KATHMANDU, April 17 :Former prime minister and CPN-UML senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal has said that heinous crimes committed in the name of rebellion during the insurgency period should not be overlooked.

During separate meetings with US Ambassador to Nepal Peter W Bodde and Japanese ambassador Masashi Ogawa at his residence in Koteshwor on Thursday morning, leader Nepal said that everyone should be serious on delivering justice to the victims of grave human rights violation cases committed during the insurgency.
