  Power outage in Okhaldhunga

REPUBLICA

UDAYAPUR, Oct 10: Okhaldhunga district is reeling under power outage for three days following problems in a local powerhouse.

Chief of the Okhaldhunga Small Hydroelectricity Project Sitaram Sigdel said power supply to headquarters Okhaldhunga, Rumjatar Barnalu and Mamkha has been obstructed since Thursday after the voltage regulator at the powerhouse stopped working.

He said the power outage is likely to continue for two to three more days as the technician who was supposed to arrive on Saturday for repair could not make it.
