MAHENDRANAGAR, Oct 20: A Nepali Congress leader has died under suspicious circumstances on Monday night.
Bishnu Prasad Mishra, 38, the vice-chairman of the Kanchanpur Constituency No 4, was found badly injured near his home. He breathed his last on the way to Mahakali Zonal Hospital.
The post-mortem is yet to perform but the police said there were marks of severe beating all over his body. The police is investigating the case.
