KATHMANDU, Oct 30: The caucus of women CA members on Friday has demanded an independent investigation into the alleged rape of police constable Suntali Dhami by her male colleagues in Achham District Police Office last month.
In a report prepared by the caucus after meeting the victim and the accused, the caucus has also demanded that the guilty be punished and the victim be compensated.
