POKHARA, Nov 17: Three private schools have been closed in Pokhara due to fear of swine flu after students started to catch flu and fever.
Motherland Higher Secondary School of Masbar has stopped classes from Tuesday, while Sagarmatha Niketan Higher Secondary School of Naya Bazar and Hill Point Boarding School of Matepani were closed on Monday following guardians´ request.
Meanwhile, a four-member team led by Director of the Avian Influenza Control Project Dr Shyam Sundar Mishra reached Pokhara on Monday to investigate swine flu.
